They say a picture says 1000 words. But really, images can say so much more. This session will use a game called DIXIT, which provides players with countless images from which to create stories. Left as is, DIXIT is a great game to flex one’s storytelling and creativity skills. But, put into the context of your training programs, your coaching interventions, team meetings, etc., DIXIT can be turned into the perfect debriefing, brainstorming, problem solving, or any other creative thinking tool you need.
