So you have a training objective in mind. You would, of course being of sound mind, like to design an activity or a game to reach that goal. So, you do. But, how do you know if the activity when used worked? We will provide you with a clear rubric (a tool for evaluating the overall quality of your game covering several different criterial). After we introduce this rubric, we will play several games and have you measure their overall effectiveness. You will then have the opportunity to take this rubric and apply it to your own game designs.
