Status behavior is a phenomenon that exists in all interactions. Status is in the moment expression of dominance and subordination and is a way we engage in power play. Consciously and unconsciously, we use our words, our voices, our bodies, to engage in interactional status dynamics with others. This interactive workshop will explore status behavior on two levels: 1) understanding and examining our own status choices as facilitators and 2) exploring activities and the application of status work with our participants. Status play is very powerful and often unlocks hidden dimensions of human interaction. Come join to learn, laugh and leap into the world of status. Once you’ve been there, you can never go back!
