Nearly every professional endeavor these days requires collaboration - and not just with old-school, permanent teams that can be “formed” and “normed” in order to perform, but with constantly changing partners under constantly changing circumstances. Who knows best how to navigate teamwork of this sort with agility, positivity, flexibility and success? Improvisers, of course! In this practical and experiential session, we will employ the mindsets and exercises applied improvisers have developed to:
  • Build trust
  • Cooperate across differences
  • Create motivating and inclusive environments
  • Share responsibility and control
  • Serve the situation
