LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (L.S.P.) is a facilitated process designed to help teams of individuals, organizations and communities improve their communication, problem solving and thinking skills. Workshop participants will be provided with the opportunity to learn and employ the L.S.P. process by utilizing it in a real-life evaluation situation. The approach involves having each participant build a model to tell the story of their response to focused questions. Participants will be able to assist in enriching the NASAGA conference experience by providing NASAGA leaders with feedback on participant thoughts and ideas about NASAGA.
