What do organizations want from their operational leaders? They want them to perform and drive their teams towards an optimal performance. They want them also to evolve in their leadership practices by learning continuously without neglecting their operational priorities. This workshop is by itself a challenge: building a leadership development track that is highly educational, addictively attractive and operationally connected. During these 75 minutes, 2 teams or more will be challenged to design the program, live with their client. They will follow a tested and approved process and will be evaluated according to the client’s criteria for success.
